If you book a Resort Preview Rate, all required participants must complete the assigned Resort Preview Experience. If the required preview is not completed, the promotional Preview Rate no longer applies and the reservation may become subject to the non-preview rate or other terms disclosed with your specific getaway.

No. There is no obligation to purchase. Preview Rate guests are required to complete the applicable Resort Preview Experience, but purchasing a vacation ownership or travel product is your decision.

How long is the Resort Preview?

The Hosted Resort Preview Experience is approximately 90 minutes. The resort partner may assign the time and location during the getaway.

Do both people in a couple have to attend?

When the resort partner requires both qualifying guests traveling together to participate, both guests must complete the assigned Resort Preview Experience. Applicable requirements are disclosed with the offer or booking.

Is Full Flex a different trip?

No. Full Flex is the non-preview booking option for the applicable Departure Depot getaway. Review the specific trip page for the exact inclusions associated with each booking option.
