🛡️ Trip Protection Requirement

Because these packages use contracted room blocks and limited event inventory, Trip Protection is required for all Resort Preview Getaways and is automatically included at checkout. It helps protect your prepaid hotel stay and trip investment if you need to cancel for a covered reason.

If you choose to decline coverage, a $300 per person room block recovery fee will apply to any cancellation or no-show. This ensures we can maintain guaranteed resort accommodations for all confirmed guests.

❓Is this a timeshare presentation?

No. These are resort lifestyle previews hosted by our travel partners. Some programs may include ownership options, but there is no obligation to purchase anything. The purpose of the session is to learn about travel and resort benefits — your savings come from simply attending and giving them the opportunity to share their program with you.

❓What actually happens at the VIP Resort Welcome Session?

The session is typically held in a comfortable meeting space at or near the resort. A representative walks you through the resort’s travel program, benefits, and sample offers. You’ll have time to ask questions, and light refreshments or a meal are usually provided. Most sessions last about 120 minutes, and guests consistently tell us it was relaxed, informative, and worth it for the savings.

❓Do I have to buy anything to get the Deal Price?

No. The only requirement for the Deal Price is attendance. Listening is enough. As long as you arrive on time, stay for the full 120 minutes, and participate in good faith, your discounted rate is honored — whether you decide to purchase anything or not.

❓What happens if I miss or skip the session?

Because the Deal Price is subsidized by our resort partners, attendance is mandatory for that rate. If you miss, arrive late, or leave early, your booking will be automatically adjusted to the Regular Price listed for that trip. If you prefer not to attend at all, you can simply book at the Regular Price from the beginning.

❓How does the airfare credit work?

On trips that include an airfare credit, you book your flights from your preferred home airport. After your trip is paid in full, we issue your per-person airfare credit according to the terms listed on that specific trip (typically as a refund or credit processed through our travel system). You have the flexibility to choose the airline, schedule, and seats that work best for you.

❓What if I already own a timeshare or vacation membership?

In most cases, you can still qualify for the Deal Price as long as you meet the age and residency requirements and have not attended a similar preview with the same partner in the last 12 months. Exact eligibility can vary by partner; we’ll confirm your details during booking.

❓What if something comes up and I need to cancel?

That’s where Trip Protection comes in. If you need to cancel or interrupt your trip for a covered reason, you may be eligible for reimbursement according to the terms of your plan. If you decline coverage, cancellations are subject to our room block recovery fee and trip terms. Full details are provided before you complete your booking.
