🛡️ Trip Protection & Room Block Recovery

Trip Protection is added during checkout in accordance with the package’s booking terms.

If guests elect to remove or decline Trip Protection, a $400 per-reservation Room Block Recovery Fee applies to cancellations, no-shows or failure to travel, as specified in the applicable booking terms.

This fee helps offset contracted accommodations and prepaid package commitments reserved for the booking.

Minimum Participation Requirement

Resort Preview Getaways are specially negotiated travel experiences offered at significantly reduced rates through our resort and travel partnerships. Each departure requires a minimum number of participating guests to operate.

If minimum participation is not reached, Departure Depot reserves the right to cancel the departure and provide a full refund of payments collected for the canceled trip.
