Private group motorcoach transportation is planned between Nashville and Louisville on Derby Day.

All transportation times are approximate.

Derby traffic can be substantial.

Traffic, road closures, law-enforcement direction, venue procedures, weather and other circumstances may significantly affect arrival and return times.

Motorcoach drop-off and pickup locations are controlled by Churchill Downs, local authorities and transportation officials.

THE MOTORCOACH MAY NOT BE ABLE TO DROP GUESTS DIRECTLY AT THE VENUE ENTRANCE.

Guests should be prepared to walk between transportation areas and Churchill Downs.

Transportation is provided by an independent transportation provider. Departure Depot coordinates the service but does not own or operate the motorcoach and is not responsible for the provider's acts, omissions, mechanical issues or operational decisions.
