Guests experiencing an issue during travel should immediately notify Departure Depot staff and/or the resort directly so concerns may be addressed in real time whenever reasonably possible.

Concert and event seating classifications are based on venue-issued inventory categories and supplier allocations. Seating locations, views, venue layouts, crowd environments, and event production elements vary by venue and by event.

Terms such as “VIP,” “Premium,” “Reserved,” or similar descriptions reflect ticket classifications, package inclusions, hospitality access, or overall experience levels — not necessarily proximity to the stage.

Live entertainment venues are dynamic environments, and individual expectations regarding seating and production experiences may vary.

🚌 Group Travel & Operational Flexibility

Group travel requires flexibility, patience, and a positive attitude. Transportation schedules, venue access procedures, weather, traffic, security policies, pickup/drop-off logistics, and event operations may change without notice and are outside Departure Depot’s direct control.

Guests should be comfortable navigating busy environments, walking distances, crowds, stairs, uneven terrain, and live-event conditions unless otherwise specifically stated.

Departure Depot works hard to support guests throughout each departure. However, concerns must be communicated directly to our team during the trip in order to provide an opportunity for real-time assistance or resolution whenever possible.

Concerns raised only after travel has concluded may limit the ability to investigate or address operational issues.
