It is very common for tickets to be released close to the event — sometimes even the day of the show.

You will receive an email from Departure Depot as soon as your tickets are released and available to download.

How Mobile Tickets Work:

1. We will notify you when your tickets are ready to download.

2. Tickets are digital — no printing required.

3. Display your mobile tickets on your phone at the Sphere for scanning at entry.

Your tickets are fully guaranteed and protected.

• Exact seating assigned at booking; all seats in premium Sections 300–400.
• Digital tickets will be delivered as soon as they are released by the event organizer. Release timing varies and may occur close to the event date.
• Flights not included — $200 airfare credit applied within 3 business days after final payment to card on file.
• Uber credit delivered approximately one week before travel.
• Your detailed digital travel packet will be emailed one week before travel.
• Travel insurance is strongly recommended.
