All deposits and tour payments are non-refundable unless covered by FLEX 75 or otherwise noted in your booking confirmation.
FLEX 75 allows you to cancel for any reason and receive 75% back on eligible payments if you cancel at least 72 hours before departure. It must be purchased at the time of booking and applies to all travelers age 3 and up.
Submit your cancellation at least 72 hours before departure via departuredepot.com. Refunds will be processed to your original payment method, less exclusions and a 3% fee.
No. All ticket sales for concerts, sporting events, or similar activities are final and non-refundable, even if rescheduled or canceled by the provider.
If your tour is canceled for reasons unrelated to Force Majeure, you'll receive a full refund minus FLEX 75 and fees. If canceled due to Force Majeure, you'll receive a travel credit valid for 12 months.
You must be able to walk, climb stairs, and manage moderate activity. Personal mobility assistance is not provided. Guests needing help must travel with a capable companion.
No. Airfare is not included unless specifically stated. Travelers are responsible for booking their own flights in accordance with tour schedules.
Transfers operate on fixed schedules. If missed due to delays, refunds will not be issued. Travelers must arrange alternate transportation at their own expense.
No, but we highly recommend purchasing comprehensive insurance through a provider such as InsureMyTrip.com.
Once approved, refunds are processed within 4 weeks to the original payment method on file.
All of your trip details are available in your online account 24/7. After you book, go to departuredepot.com/account to view your itinerary, payments, and documents. Final travel documents are sent by email 2–4 weeks before departure and will also appear in your account. We will send all updates by email and text message. To keep our phone lines clear for emergencies, please use your online account to manage your booking, check trip status, or make updates.
